How long will my translation take?
On average, a short to medium translation (500-1000 words) will be completed in 2-4 hours.

You will be able to add comments and communicate with your translator once you have added an item to your cart.
What happens if I am not satisfied with my translation?
We do our best to ensure that our translators submit quality work. However, if things go wrong you have the option to ask for an admin review and if possible, a refund will be given.
My source/target language isn't listed, will you support more languages in the future?
Yes! We are constantly working on adding new language pairs. To do so, we must have a minimum number of translators that are available to work in those pairs. Please check back in the future to see what we have in store.
