Profile

I was born in Mexico City, however my family comes from a little state in Southern Mexico full of breath-taking ancient ruins and landscapes. <br>I graduated in 2001 as a professional translator in Mexico City in English and French. My passion for foreign languages pushed me to travel extensively, and since 2002 has taught Spanish, French and English to children, teenagers and adults. In 2004, I completed a Postgraduate diploma on Education of Teachers of Spanish as a Second Language at the National University of Mexico. <br> The thing I enjoy the most is witnessing how children have the ability to make a foreign language their own with no problems. <br>In 2007, I moved to Australia to study and have since completed a Masters in Communications and Media Studies at Monash University in Melbourne, and a Graduate Diploma in Public Relations at Victoria University in 2009. <br><br>Presently I work full time as a freelance translator and interpreter and Spanish Teacher.<br><br>SOME CUSTOMERS:<br><br>HSBC Mexico, Mexican subsidiary of HSBC, the Global Financial Services Group <br>• Translations for Group HSBC Mexico on the following specialization areas: finance, accounting, credit &amp; risk, compliance and audit.<br>Freelance Translator.
